I have had an interest in birth work since I was 15.
Before becoming a doula, I graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor’s in Human Physiology. Learning about everything from the respiratory system to viruses to aging gave me a unique perspective on the processes of pregnancy and birth.
I am a big animal lover! I currently work as a petsitter for Rover and a doggy daycare attendant at Camp Bow Wow. I also have 3 cats at home.
In my free time, I enjoy reading, chatting with friends, watching YouTube, and music (I was a choir kid for 10 years!).

I’m located in Urbandale, Iowa and service the surrounding areas including Clive, Grimes, Johnston, Altoona, etc.
I’m willing to travel up to 60 miles to provide services if I’m the right fit, but I’m also happy to recommend other doulas that may be closer!
